Treat your body like your car!

Every 10,000kms we generally have our car serviced.  Why do we do this?  To catch small problems before they become bigger problems.  In other words we adhere to the theory that a stitch in time, saves nine.

However most don’t apply this same logic to the body.   Your body, like your car, is under constant stress.  Poor posture, computer work, dietary factors, stress and everyday wear and tear are all felt and held somewhere in your body.  For some it is experienced as headaches, migraines, or muscular pain (neck, back, shoulders, legs) and others are simply unaware until an injury occurs.   

Regular massage every 4 to 6 weeks, like a regular car service, helps keep your body functioning like a well-oiled machine.  The many therapeutic benefits of a regular massage may include:

Remember there are alternatives to using your car, public transport, walking, cycling however you only have one body.  Look after it!
