Would you like to start the day feeling centred, grounded and energised? If so then Morning Meditation is for you. Meditation, particularly regular meditation, can to bring a range of health benefits including:

  • Reduced stress and anxiety
  • Improved memory: Better focus through regular meditation may increase memory and mental clarity.
  • Better sleep: Meditation can shorten the time it takes to fall asleep and improve sleep quality.Less pain:
  • Lower blood pressure.

Throughout Morning Meditation explore different meditation techniques including guided, breathwork and mindfulness and more and discover which works best for you. Better yet you will be able to take these techniques home so that you can continue to work with the during the week.

Join us on a casual basis or begin a regular meditaiton habit with an 8 session pass. All are welcome, novices and experienced alike.
