What is included in Animal Reiki I?

In Animal Reiki I, you will learn the foundations of Reiki, awaken the Reiki energy within you, and discover how to share this healing energy with animals and the natural world.

Over 5 weeks, we will explore:

• The history and principles of Reiki
• The unique benefits of Animal Reiki
• Reiki for people vs for animals
• Animal wisdom and intuitive connection
• Meditation practices
• Reiki meditation for treating groups of animals
• Grounding exercises
• Level I attunement
• Practice, practice, and more practice

At the end of the course, you will have the opportunity to participate in an In Person Animal Reiki experience. This is an optional extra and further details will be provided during the course.
