In a world that often feels chaotic and overwhelming, it’s easy to lose our sense of self and balance. This is the focus of July’s Monthly Meditation.
Grounding and centring practices offer us a way home. They cultivate stability, resilience, and presence—empowering us to meet stress and anxiety with calmness and clarity.
